Sölden is situated in the federal state Tyrol, at latitude of about 1.377 meters. This village has 2.740 inhabitants. The view of the beautiful landscape attracts more and more visitors. The centre of the Innerötztal are the villages Hochsölden, Zwieselstein and Vent. |

Sölden is a world-cup skiing village and the most famous ski-and snowboard centre of Europe. The skiing area consists of the glacier Rettenbach and Tiefenbach, as well as the Giggijoch-Gaislachkogel. Altogether they have now 141 ski-run kilometres. Sölden is also well-known for the aprè-ski-parties in cottages, discos and in the streets. |
